We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans: If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refund will be issued.

Annual Plans: If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days but within 90 days, you may receive a prorated refund at our discretion. After 90 days, no refund will be issued, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the annual period.

Credit Packs: Unused credits are non-refundable once the credit pack has been purchased. If credits have not been used and the purchase was made within 7 days, you may request a refund.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date (you can cancel anytime from Settings)
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Go to Settings and navigate to subscription management
  2. Click "Manage Subscription" to open the Stripe billing portal

Please include your account email and the reason for your refund request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content contract within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), unless you have expressly consented to the performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

Consumers in Australia are entitled to refunds under the Australian Consumer Law where services are not provided with due care and skill, or are not fit for purpose.
